In classrooms, especially in elementary classroom, activities need to be interactive because of the attention span of kids. One device that can be used to teach younger children, as well as those in middle and high school grades, is the smart board. The smart board is an interactive board that uses touch as an input. Most smart boards include a pen tray for the pens that can be used on the board. With the smart board teachers can record their work so the students may be able to view them later. Having the smart board allows for you to have large amounts of work on the board and allows you to have as much room on it as possible. On average, a smart board cost up to $1000 to $5000.
